SAP PM Maintenance Strategy

HI All,

     I am trying to create a maintence strategy with scheduling indicator as ACTIVITY and strategy unit as H, and in packeges i have give 8 packages each with an intervel of 250 HRS, in package sequence i got same per hierarchy but from 1250 HRS the sequence is not correct, i must get the same sequence which i got for 250 to 1000 HRS.

Please help me out in sloving this problem. Files are been attached for reference

Delete the last 4 packages (5,6,7,8) and re-test.

           As you said i deleted the last 4 packages (5,6,7,8) and re-tested, but i didnt got what i want. My requirement is, after 1000 HRS the same packages must repeat for 1250,1500,1750,2000 as given below

I think I understand what your requirement is, now. You will need to combine the Cycle and Offset settings in your strategy. Specify the same Cycle e.g. 1000, but use the Offset to "shift" the cycles from one another. Please see the screenshot below.

The key is in your Hierarchy settings (P1/P5 have the same, so they coincide; some lower Packages have a higher Hierarchy, supressing the higher Packages...(in general, Packages Hierarchy is used to suppress less frequent, more minor works in face of the more major ones....)

But I am having problems understanding what your requirement is. Is that about having 1250,1500,1750,2000 cycles having the same Packages, as there are for 250/500/750/1000 ?

Can you please:

- elaborate on your requirement

- post a mock-up (e.g. in Excel) of your desired to-be Package Sequence
