Hi,
No,
Try this download SystemRescueCD ISO image (100MB)
burn it to a CD boot to CD when you get a command prompt type run_qtparted
its a free linux partition magic clone
OR
Networked disk-management tool builds single partitions from multiple disks that mirror Block Device (DRBD) each other. (Performance is similar to a RAID1 system, but it runs over a network). The partition size can be changed at runtime.

Option 1
1. Are you using LVM?
If so then use LVM in YAST to resize the partition.
Option 2
1.If you are not using LVM, then opt for Knoppix Live Linux CD from http://www.knoppix.net/.
CD contains Linux operating system, with lots of Utilities. One of utility is QTparted.
Use QTparted from Programs-->System.
Its a gui tool. It's very easy to do the resizing of partitions.
Make sure that you have enough free space for add, to the required partition.
Please reward a point, if my suggestion solves your problem.

Bhasha
-> which linux are we talking about?
