Hi Renu,

you can configure the Idoc ACK which return you the state of IDoc in the receiver system.

check this step by step configuration.

Hi Renu,

In PI

• Check if you can find any evidence for the issue in RWB
• Check in IDX5 if you can find the relevant IDOC without errors.[If we know the IDOC numbers give it in IDX5 to get the message ID, using this message id we can trace from RWB]
• Check TRFC through SM58, if so it indicates communication failure; check the error message why it is not delivered to PI.
• You can also search the IDOC with the help of message ID

In ECC

• In ECC use WE02/ WE05 to find the IDOC?, if you didn't find the IDOC then it was never generated and never received.

• IF IDOC exists  check the status[ If it is 03, IDOC sent successfully] if not IDOC was not sent to PI,trace the issue with the help of error.

• Check TRFC through SM58, if so it indicates communication failure.

Your question is very vague. Have a look at area menu WEDI, here are most of the transactions linked to ALE/IDOC objects, and from here you can also see the WE02 display idoc transaction etc.
