Deleted Contact Person ECC is marked an Archive IN CRM

Hi Team,

I have an requriment,When we deleted the Contact person in ECC system the same contact person is not deleted in CRM.

But the relation ship between Customer and Contact person is deleted in CRM system.

Is there any way to set the flag as archived in CRM when we deleted in ECC system.

I think this can be done using action profiles.

When a contact person is deleted in ECC there will be a BDoc BUPA_MAIN message which will come to CRM and delete the corresponding relationship values in CRM. To set the respective contact set with Archieved flag use Action profile trigger the action profile from the Inbound function module in SAP CRM.

How to trigger Action profile for Contact.

For transaction Data we can maintain the Action profile in basic settings.

for contact wher to maintain Action profile.

Can you please guide me on this.

Hi Pradhan,

Check the BADIs - BUPA_INBOUND or CRM_DATAEXCHG_BADI. You can read the data from the BADI and set the archiving flag for the BP.
