Travel Request not appearing in Manager's inbox

Hi,

We have done all the necessary configuration for Travel Request Apps in Fiori.

Employee successfully submits travel request for approval but it doesnt appear in managers inbox for approval.

Any idea what might be the issue here.

Is there any workitem in the SAPGUI inbox?

Hi Masa,

There is no workitem in SAPGUI inbox (checked in SWi1 and SBWP). Is there any other place to check.

Leave application is working fine and for this application too there was no workitem present.

Hi Sriram,

Please test the scenario in the backend without Fiori. The scenario should be up and running.
