Creating reports using ABAP Queries as per the customer requirements

Hi Ravi,
Its not that a particular tool is used across all of a companies support projects. It also depends on who your client is. But the company might have few of its own and may be some which are bought commercially. Also there would be situations where a client might already be using a particular tool for managing its issues and they might suggest the company also to use the same.
As the names go, you already have a list here. Along with these, also few more tools are used to chat with the users like sametime by lotus. This helps us chat with the users who are online and discuss the issues. Its just like yahoo chat.
Apart from this MS excel is also used extensively to understand whats the status of various cases.
