Getting Dump while accessing Project Planning Board from Project Builder

User has all the Authorizations and System also latest on whic can support Graphic Card

Please suggest me is there any setting for Project Planning Board respectively with the User ?

Is it run time error (ST22)or an authorization issue (SU53)?
