How to delete unapproved past leave request on portal?

Hi Gurus,

One of our users has got a problem with his leave request as he found that one of his past leave request has not approved. and in the place of past manager who approves a new manager has come. both the old manager and the new manager is unable to approve the leave. and now the user is unable to delete his leave request. how we can resolve this problem?

Please check in t-code PTARQ and check the leave requests which are in SENT status (which is not approved) delete those requests in 'Delete Documents'.

Hi Jeevan

You can check under "database" section - > display documents to view the status of the requests.

report RPTARQDBDEL ( in PTARQ it shows as 'Delete Documents' ) execute that and enter proper begin and end dates in selection screen. Also keep 'Document status' as SENT and execute. You will see if any requests which are in SENT mode then go with LIVE execution for deletion by unchecking in Test run check box.

p.s. : Please take a dump before deletion.
