Production planning and controlling (pp) related kpi's

I am new to pp module and I am in search for pp related kpi's. help to find kpi's, post me kpi's friends.

I can give you some high level idea from which you can develop required dashboards for your requirements.

1.Number of goods being produced without error

2.Delays caused by machine downtown

3.Errors caused by workers

4.View Summation statistics of company profits

5.Find out who are the major customers

6.Review safety procedures by measuring worker injuries

7.Quality of products being made

8.Products produce and profits per worker

9.Delays caused by each product manufacturing process

10.Cost to sales ratio of each product

11.Worker injuries and costs to production

12.Top retail distributors and product sell-through rates

13.Revenue by sales representative

14.Revenue by product or product group sold

15.Delays caused by shipping problems

16.Order cancellations or returns

Manufacturing Dashboard 1 - For selected date Range  With Target, Current Inventory, Current Open orders, Waste etc

Manufacturing Dashboard 2 – Orders by Location wise say at different operation stages with Quantities and Values

Manufacturing Dashboard 3 – Production schedule and their current status

Manufacturing Dashboard 4 – Mfg. Revenue and Mfg. Operating profit 

Please note above are generic KPIs requirement for any manufacturing industry.

I already gone through this link,  the main think is I need  kpi's for 3 datasources ( p_matnr , p_comp , p_arbpl). is it possible to get kpi's that related to these datasources.

Hi Prathap,

Think this fields are for BI/BW use. But the KPIs of SAP should match with BW. Just the field name might be different.

Its a generic question. Apart from some standard KPIs there are so many which are industry specific.
