Abap Dump Syntax error in program "/SSF/SLIB " occuring in SOLMAN 7.1???

Hello Friends,

   After upgradation Solman 7.01 to 7.1, During EWA Alert management configuration in step 3 --> Check Software component level phase, we receiving below error.

   Also Syntax error in program "/SSF/SLIB " Dump is occurring inST22. Please find the Abap dump details attachment.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Have you upgrade the ST-A/PI with the latest one which i suggested you in my previous reply and same is also recommended to you by Ashutosh.Kindly confirm ?

Hi Farkathulla,

Upgrade the ST-A/PI to SAPKITAB7M and this might resolve your issue.Also do maintain the same patch in Manage system.

Could you please tell me the SP stack level of your current Solman system?  Furthermore, please post the version of ST-A/PI component and /SSF/SLIB program.

1.Stack level is SPS-11,

2.ST-A/PI current version is SAPKITAB7L.

Hello Farkath,

I suggest you should upgrade your solman to SPS level 12. After that, upgrade your ST/A-PI software component to SAPKITAB7M level. Don't try to update ST/A-PI only which will cause the error mentioned on note 2046683.

Have you performed all the above steps including managed system config for concerned system ?

Also, which RFCs do you have and which of them are working ?

If there are RFC problems, then fix it 2000132 - Configuring RFC connections to the SAPNet R/3 front end (OSS) correctly

   System preparation and basic configuration steps are successful. Above mentioned RFC's are working fine.

We need to upgrade ST-PI 2008_1_* SP 08 in all managed systems so that we have some errors in managed systems configurations(for managed systems).

But as of solution manager system patches are all fine. Managed system configuration is also success for solution manager system.

But why the dump is occurring when i execute st13 transaction and rtcctool report in se38 as well as in EWA configuration?

If you find any solution, please help me.

Goto System status and share the full screenshot of all components.

Also, share the dump which comes after running RTCCTOOL.

/SSF/SLIB comes from SP A/PI, if there were issues in old version then they should have been reported.

Upgrading may be a solution.

However, there references of ADD_CCDB_ABAP_EXTRACTOR

Hi Farkat,

You can try upgrading SP-A/PI to ST-A/PI 01R_700 - I don't find consistency with what these dumps  says.

Perhaps, it's also the best time to update to SP12 as Cuong Nguyen has said.
