Error when running Crystal report

Hi everyone,

I have a problem when I run a crystal report on SAP. After I enter all parameters and press OK, the system notified a message that "Error when running Crystal report" and showed the other window as picture. I pressed OK and then SAP closed.

I don't know why. Could you help me please? Thank you very much.

Hi,

Uninstall Crystal report from control panel & reinstall it after rebooting PC.
