When I log in with role FSAO_MANAGER and search for FS Quotations I can both delete them from the result list or click on one and delete it from there.
But when I log in with role SERVICEPRO and search for Service Contracts I cannot delete them either way.
Is this UI configuration (hiding the delete buttons)?
Or is it a customizing? I don't see a flag in the transaction type to make them deletable.

Whether the delete button is visible and you are not able to delete?
If yes, then You have to look into authorizations assigned to the user [ PFCG role assigned to business role]
If the delete button is not visible, then you must make it visible and follow the step mentioned above.
