Hi all,
I think this is a very basic question, but I do not see the tree in the woods.
I got this set uploaded with excel
Country | Typ | Year 2005 | Year 2010 |
---|---|---|---|
USA | A | 100 | 200 |
USA | B | 110 | 214 |
USA | C | 200 | 312 |
Germany | A | 50 | 190 |
Germany | B | 70 | 50 |
Germany | C | 118 | 70 |
What I want to do is to create a new measure that contains the SUM and the average of this set. The specific thing is I just want it for the types (A, B and C).
That means my result should look in the end like this:
SUM | Year 2005 | Year 2010 |
---|---|---|
TYP A | 150 | 390 |
TYP B | 180 | 264 |
TYP C | 318 | 382 |
Year 2005 (already possible) | 648 | |
Year 2010 (already possible) | 1036 |
Is this possible or do I need to rearrange the table itself so I got for each specific typ an own column?

Hi Florian,
I scratched my head around your example the other day and produced the attached .lums. I used calculated dimensions converted into measures to achieve what you would expect. Is it corresponding to what you would like to do?
Thanks & regards,
Antoine
