Cross - Company document not reversing completely - FBU8

Hello Gurus,

I have a situation where, when business try to reverse the Inter-co document which has 7 individual co codes, there are getting an error saying like

1. Co Code: 1234 - Document already reversed, reversal cannot be possible

2. Co Code: 5678 - Document can be reversed

3. Co Code: XYZ- Document already reversed, reversal cannot be possible

4. Co Code: ABC- Document already reversed, reversal cannot be possible

5. Co Code: 1212- Document can be reversed

6. Co Code: AUK- Document already reversed, reversal cannot be possible

7. Co Code: 2121- Document can be reversed

The reason behind this is the for co code 1234, YXZ, ABC, AUK  have cleared items

and Co Code 5678, 1212 and 2121 has no cleared items.

In general SAP, if one document has cleared items then none of the document scan be reversed.

But when i tryied to reverse these in FBU8, it is showing that some of the documents can be reversed and some are not possible.

Is this a program issue? did the program needs to updated not to show the message as above (point 1 to 7).

Can you please look into it and provide your answers.

Hi ,

If you are reversing any docuemnt then Please make sure that none of the line item of docuemnt is cleared . if any line is cleared on docuemnt you won't be able to reverse the docuemnt . So please go to FBu3 or check in comapny code and make sure that you have cleared any line related to that cross comapny ocde transaction

if you have then Please reset the clearning in FBRA and the reversed.
