To whom it may concern,
After an opportunity is created, I set an approval workflow process with 4 steps and 3 approvers(employees),
Example:
1. Cris Polly(sales) creates the opportunitty
2. Washington(Director) aproves the Opportunity.
3. Patrick(manager) should approve it and Eduardo(manager) too.
4. Washington is responsible for the final approvement
The problem occurs whem Washington aproves the opportunity.
Once he approves the opportunity, the system does not require a new approvement from Patrick and Eduardo.
The system only send a notification asking them to verify the details of the Opportunity.
Does anybody knows how to make the system requires the approvement of the 3 employees?
Thank you in advance for your help and support.
Best Regards.

Hi There,
as always (because I am documenting stuff 😉 ) I can recommend to read the corresponding documentation in the Administrator Guide on page 340ff
But normally you can combine the middle steps in one and say that all shall approve.
1. Cris Polly(sales) creates the opportunitty
2. Washington(Director), Patrick(manager), and Eduardo(manager) shall aprove the Opportunity. --> There is a flag called All Approvals Required that should be flagged. Then all approvers should get an approval request.
3. Washington is responsible for the final approvement.
But where I am not sure whether there is an automatism in the system that if Washington has approved once he wouldn't be triggerd again.
Kind regards, Janina
