Dear All,
I want to allow external candidates to access SAP e- recruitment "registration "service (and others) so they can register as external candidate through company's website.
The problem is when I am in LAN the below link works fine. But when I connects to any other public network the below link does not work and it says server not reachable.
I know I am missing something but I am clueless that from where to start...?
Kindly let me know what are the settings /configurations required to make e-recruitment services accessible through public network?

Chohan.
It's your IT departement that has to provide acces to the links. It's not done in SAP directly. Sometimes a reverse proxy is used for example:
Technical System Landscape - SAP ERP Central Component Security Guide - SAP Library

Dear Andy,
As per your suggestion, our IT team has done the settings for reverse proxy.
Now I can access "Job Search" service through internet (out of LAN) if I use "career.xxxx.com" instead of server name in the job search URL as below:
http://career.xxxx.com/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/hrrcf_a_unregemp_job_search?sap-client=900
but when I search jobs, page does not return any job postings, though postings are available for the selected criteria.
It seems "career.xxxx.com" allowing me to access server from outside LAN but does not retrieving any data from back end.
What settings you think we are missing in this regard ?
since I am not an IT guy, sorry for the lack of technical terminologies
Chohan
I think you use the wrong link, you use the one for unregistred employee (internal) candidate.
I think you need to use http://career.xxxx.com/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/hrrcf_a_unreg_job_search?sap-client=900 instead
