Fixed Asset Additions Report

Hello,

Is there a way to run a fixed asset addition report in SAP and then export it into excel?  I have run S_ALR_87012058, however, there is no way to export this into excel.  Can anyone help please?

Hi Lesley,

In Menu screen- System-List - Save -Local File- Spred Sheet or  Press F9 to download (short cut).

You can extract the Fixed Asset report in T Code S_ALR_87012058 and upload in to EXCEL file as below.

1. Enter T.Code S_ALR_87012058 in Easy Access and Execute

2. Go to System on Menu Bar

3. Select List

4. Select Save

5. Select Local File

6. Select Spreadsheet radio button

In S_ALR_87012058 itself navigate vide menu,

System--->List--->Save--->Local file--->Spreadsheet.

Hi Lesley,

Have you tried AR02, this is asset history sheet report and gives all information about assets.
