Problem:

I am trying to install Crystal Server 2013. After installation, there was SIA created in CCM.

I tried to add SIA Node but got below error:

The root server reported an error Initialization Failure. (Reason: Database access error. Reason ORA-00904: "CMS_INCREMENTIDWITHROLLOVER7": invalid identifier .).

Hi,

Kindly give blank password for Administrator user while adding SIA.

Test and update me.

Hi Fatai,

What was the message you got after the installation ?

Was the installation completed successfully? or it was completed with error ?

Do ensure that you followed all the pre-requisites as mentioned in KBA: 1952120 - SAP BusinessObjects (XI 3.1 and BI 4.0) Installation pre-requisites & best practices

Do u have any other server services running on the same port. Please check that too,if its there may be a port conflict.

Fatai its sounds like you're connecting to a wrong CMS DB.Double check to where your SIA is pointed.

Thanks Jawahar but still the same issue.

There was no SIA installed on the CCM after my installation.

And when I tried to add SIA manually I get this error message.

I am using Oracle as my database.

Hi Mihr,

I am using the Node Wizard.

Got to final stage

Then adding node and it came to below message:

the log content:

The CMS has terminated unexpectedly with exit code 0.

ERROR: Could not establish a connection with any CMS.

ERROR: An unexpected internal error occurred. The CMS has terminated unexpectedly with exit code 0. (FWM 23025)

Help: Check the system event and CMS logs for indications on what may have caused the termination.
