Configuration of a salary component as per the eligibility

Hi Gurus,

We have a requirment of one scenario - Employee is elgible for a particular monthly payment after the completion of 3 years of service in the organisation.

How can this requirment be configured in Payroll??

Hi,

Please maintain the allowance grouping for CAP & RAP for the eligibility.

use inval C for valuation.

M230=minimum of ((50%(MB10+MD10)& 500))
