I've followed notes:
2052056 - TREX: failed to create webSite in TREXAdminTool with error 1314 in Windows Server 2008 R2
594508 - Setting up the proxy account for xp_cmdshell
and checked the different privileges and the user sidadm appears on each one.
What can I try?

Hi Ruben,
For the above error there is one old note you make check.
Making certain adjust can resume the import.

I've added the user rights but I'm getting the same error.I´ve launched the sapinst like Administrator user (not user sidadm)
I've added the uuser rights but it fails.
-Scenario is system copy Migration from Oracle to SAP Hana.
After logoff of the session It works... I didn't want to stop the sapinst.
Ok, thanks a lot.

Hi Ruben
1. Are you using the administrator or administrator equivalent user id SIDADM ?
2. Installation media are copied in the local disk ? or using CD /DVD rom?

Are you starting the sapinst as an Administrator user or under sidadm user ?
Try to add the user as mentioned in this SAP note 1201934 - Error: "The Program Object reported an error while running, but no error code was provided...
