Transaction - Groups in Background Processing

Hi folks,

I need to assign a new server in the transaction Groups in Backgroud Processing.

I checked and the transaction is not: SM61 ou RZ12. Anyone knows?

Hi Marilia,

To add new server in the transaction Groups in Backgroud Processing

Go to SM61 --> Job Server group there you can add specifc server under server groups.

Then while scheduling the job from SM36 select specific job server group in which new server assigned.

If you are using server groups in background processing then you add the server in Tx SM61

Keep the logon group same and add the new instance/server.
