Returns - not possible delete item

Hello,

I have sales order type Service return (RZS copy from RE) with reference to Invoice (for non stock items REX).
If I want to delete items, system to lockup and is impossible to continue to work.
Whats happend ?

Hi,

Check your copy controls under VTAF if the complete reference is active the system will not allow to delete the items

Could you please be more prrecise and clear? In services there is no concept of returns. Which services are there which you are returning? It is just for my knowledge.

For you query do you want system to block deletion of items ordid you delete item and system is not allowing you further processing? If 2nd case is yours then share the screen or message etc you are getting.
