Change buttons in a Transaction screen of WindowsCE Embedded Handheld

Hi Experts,

Is there a way to change the buttons of a transaction screen in a Windows Embedded Handheld device to buttons similar to Windows Mobile (Cancel, Next, Done) instead of icons?

In Windows Mobile devices, these buttons are displayed as normal buttons where texts are easily changed using the Wizard Buttons.

There is an option to rename the buttons if you go to Screenset -> Platform -> Wizard Buttons but that doesn't seem to have an effect when using Windows Mobile. (tested with PPC screen in ATE on SMP3 SP3 PL2)

Thanks for your reply. We have tried the Wizard Buttons but it does not have any effect on our Windows Embedded device. This step works for Windows Mobile device, which is what we also want to achieve on our Windows Embedded device.

Please check the theme of the client.  It can be found under the File menu.  Set it to Classic.

You can also default the application to that theme in the Agentry Editor on the Application Settings tab look for Default Theme.  Then you can uncheck "Theme Selection" to lock it to that version.
