How to link old ArchiveLink and Processed docs to Personnel Record (DPF)?

Hello All,

I have requirement,i have updated personnel records with new Record Model, after that all records updated to new model but they are empty of any ArchivedLink/Processes docs!

how can i link records to old docs and make it happen for group of records? i thought shall i create a new record it must check against old Archive Link and processes for that personnel, but if not what if i have many record that need to link again? i know where are Archived Documents but i dont have any idea about processed documents and their attachment files.

Dear Ali,

I think you should put this question in HCM forum for personnel record. Here I can tell you how the linking can be done but what objects to link and which search criteria to search them for is HCM stuff. Perhaps the personnel number can be used to search the objects you need to link. You can check with some records  you have still intact.
