Hi Revathi,
I have explained this scenario in the document I referred to you.
Create a DWS (Lets say D001) for working day and another DWS called OFF. I am assuming that all 6 working days have same timings. If they have different timings, please create one DWS for each different timings.
Then create a PWS as shown below:
Week 01 02 03 04 05 06 07
01 D001 D001 D001 D001 D001 D001 OFF
02 OFF *
The asterisk (*) will repeat the pattern.
Place this PWS in your WSR and generate it.
I hope this resolves your query.
Thanks and regards,
Vivek Barnwal
Hi Revathi,
Let us go step by step. I get confused by the information overload from your side.
Let us take only one pattern.
Can you share me the screenshot of DWS and PWS created for the first pattern?
And what is the date from which you expect this WSR to be effective and what will be pattern from that date onwards?
Please provide that information.
Have you gone through my document completely? I have explained all these things in that document.
Thanks and regards,
Vivek Barnwal
Hello Revathi,
Could you clear one query you have mentioned that there are total 04 shifts.Shift A, Shift B, Shift C and Shift D (Rotatory off). Weekly working hours here 6 working days (rotatory) for all 04 shifts and 2 weekly offs per week for which shifts?

Nanny

in a week we are having 7 days how can you define 2 day off's and 6 working days is it possible to define 8 days per a week.?
Define DWS based on your working time 06:00-14:00 14:00-22:00 22:00-06:00 and define your PWS based on your DWS then accordingly generate work schedules with the help of work schedule rule.

Venkatesh
