How I can I block sale of selected items to selected States ?

Material Listing / Exclusion is the best option which can be recommended for your requirement.

T.Code: VB01

Menupath: SAP Easy Access --> Logistics --> Sales and Distribution --> Master Data --> Products --> Listing/Exclusion --> Create / Change / Display

Hi,

yes its possible in material Listing & exclusion.

create condition table (OV06), with field material & state.

assign this table to access seq,again assign this access seq to ctypes,

ctype will be assigned procedure then sales doc type.

Finally maintain Condition records, -VB01

whenever u create sales order by using this sales doc type,this procedure will activate n as per access sequence system finds the condition record and wont allow to sale the excluded goods( if the goods are limited number).

if goods are more, then use Listing,

Hi,

We can assign sales order type to sales area but not for state.

As my understanding it is possible to block sales order for sales area.
