report showing planned vs. real production times

Hi,

I am using APO 7.03 and try to find out if there is a possibility of comparing the planned vs. real production times. we need to compare the planned times maintained in operations of the routings with the real production times coming from the confirmations of production orders. Is there any report, etc. in APO PPDS or in SAP PP where we could see that?

Hi,

As far as i know, there are not exact report that will fulfill your requirement. However i would suggest you some Standard SAP reports where you can get data.

1) MCPH - Report for  work centre Analysis

2) MCRW - Report for resourse analysis

3) COID - Which will give you,

a) Capacity to be confirmed

b) Actual Confirmation.

IN above mentioned report you have to choose key filed to be selected.

Further more,

For planned data,

1) go to table - AFVV, Input Routing No.

Output - VGW03, VGW04 i.e. your planned time for operation

For actual Data,

1) go to table AFRU input Routing ni. or Process Order

Output: Actual phase confirmations.

Dear sir,

If i am not wrong COOIS will give us info on header level data, for instance will it give operation or phase wise comparision of ( OH time, Run time, M/c time ) of the particular Production Order ??

I thought we want to compare timing of planned confirmation ( which is defined in Process order & actual confirmation ) of OH time, Run Time,Labour time of system.

I checked coois on operation level but I cannot see the planned duration for processing and setup activity. The option would be to run coois before starting the order and after the final confirmation of the last operation. But for a long run in a daily life production will not accept that work around.

The issue is that we only have setimated times for operations and once sap is implemented we want to correct the times in the routings based on a report planned (from routing) vs. confirmed setup and processing times of operations.

I think we will need a development to solve that requirement.

Maybe I get this wrong.

What I would look onto would be the standard values in production order against the confirmed values for setup time and processing time ...

In your screenshot how did you bring duration column?

you can use COOIS in ECC and run it for operation.

You should be able to include the fields needed in your layout.
