Hi gurus

My questions is how recalculate durations and dates in a transaction. Actually the calculate only work when the status change and the transaction is saved.

As far as I know when saving a transaction the system always first checks whether the current SLA is still valid or if something has changed which will require another SLA (depending on the SLA determination procedure or custom implementations). Then the recalculation is done.

If there's no change within the transaction, there's also no need for a recalculation.
