Entry Already Exist in OCRG Table

Dear Experts,

I am Trying to Create New Customer group But its giving me below error.

"Entry Already Exist"

I check OCRG Table but their is not this entry not exist in OCRG table.P

Hi,

you can try to run the restore numbering file  from the help menu

it should solve the problem

Run below query and check whether the entered data already exists in query result

SELECT * FROM OCRG T0
