Scheduling a job with criteria

I would like to schedule a job with the following conditions.

I want the job to run on, say every Monday of the week, BUT lets say if the Monday of this week is a holiday according to the factory calendar then i want it to be rescheduled to the next following working day, which can or cannot be a Tuesday again also depending on the calendar.

But the priority is able to choose the work day of the week for the job to be scheduled.fd

So if you think about it , if lets say the user wants to schedule the job on a Friday then if it happens to be a holiday then no choice have to unrelease(if it is in released state) or unschedule the job.

Can this kind of conditions be applied?

Hi Jack,

Based on what I know, this can not be done in the standard SAP. You will need to make a program to apply all these rules.

Sometime ago we made a program with similar rules that trigger an event and when the even was trigger the job was released. You can try with a similar approach.
