Other users using the report file

I have created a report in CR2013. I then load it in to our application.  Another user, on another workstation,  attempts to use that report file, and it errors out and states a connection is needed to the SQL database.  The application uses SQL database. Any help?  The application is Framework, if that helps.

Define "our application"

Is this a 3rd party app?

An app created by you or in your org?

"Framework" is a good start, but way too little as it would be good to know what version of .NET, what version of CR runtime, web or win app, OS, etc.,etc.

3rd Party Application:  Softwriters, Inc.  Framework LTC pharmacy software.  Not .NET Framework.  I apologize for the confusion.

No problem. Unfortunately, I have to ask you to get Softwriters to help you out. As you can see from my previous post, there is some very basic info that you do not have. Softwriters will have the info and if they can't figure it out for you, they should then come to us and get us to help them help you.
