PB.net assembly not exposing functions

I'm having trouble getting PB.net to expose functions in the project (see below). Does anyone know what's missing? I've tried to create several assemblies and none of them will expose the function(s).

One of our developers figured this out. I had a datastore as a parameter to the function, which is not compliant. Once it was removed, the function was exposed as expected.
