Unable to create trial instance 'myhanaxs': Internal Server Error (500) ?

Hi all,

got this error when trying to create a trial instance on SAP HANA Cloud System (Cockpit). I can't find an announcement for downtime. Are there any known issues with HANA Cloud at this moment?

Hello Peter,

yes, we had an issue on one of our HANA systems yesterday. Could you please retry? Otherwise please provide at least account name or user ID so that we can investigate.
