I have a problem on crystal report toolbar. After deployment I have copied the aspnet_client folder to my root directory and tried with virtual directory as well. Everything working fine as a intranet app (accessing by server ip). When it goes with the domain (reverse proxy done here), images are not getting loaded.
What version of CR and VS are you using?
Could you run Process Monitor utility and see why IIS is not able to acess the crystalreportviewers folder?

See Ludek's reply in below thread it explains the setting to be done in reverse proxy for viewer to work fine.
