As the old thread popped up again, just fyi: current versions cover the basic setup for example in Installation and Upgrade Guides / SAP Contact Center 7.0 Client Workstation Guide / section 3.6 SAP Cloud for Customer Integration (C4C).

Hi Piotr,

in 2013 SAP BCM product management provided a document "SAP CRM integration overview September 2013". In this document you will find some information about SAP C4C and SAP Contact Center (BCM). I don´t know where to find this document today. If you provide me your e-mail I will send you the pdf. BR Christian
