File sap/hcm_lr_cre/index.html NOT found!

Dear Experts,

I am facing the below issue when i click on Create Leave Request from launchpad

File sap/hcm_lr_cre/index.html NOT found!

I am clue less I have recently applied all the notes mentioned

Hi,

I solved this issue by creating a new entry in LPD_CUST with the custom Semantic Object.

Could you please share your settings?

I am getting the same issue for the timesheet app while in LPD_CUST, the entry exists fine.

Hello there,

unfortunately, all SICF-Services do not work for me when testing....

The message "XXXindex.html" not found appears for every service...

Reading the posts so far, it is still unclear how to fix this issue.

Hi Rufat,

Are you trying to run the BSP from the SICF transaction.

There is no index.html file for the Wave2 apps.

You need to configure the launchpad and run the app form the launchpad.

ok, now I understand it...Yes, I can start the fiori apps via launchpad via browser....I thought that the missing index.html files are the reason for my further issues with the fiori apps, because I don´t get any customers, contacts, quotes etc. shown..I have configured the launchpad the way it was described in the documents, but if I want to show my contacts for example, the message "No customers are currently assigned to your account!" But I have created some customers in the backend and the OData (testing works!!) and ICF Services are active...I am not able to proceed even though I did customizing like in the tutorials...

Dear Masa,

I have tried with std. it gives the same error but if I refresh the page with url

http:host:port/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/shells/abap/Fiorilaunchpad.html?sap-client=550&sap-language=EN#LeaveRequest-createLeaveRequest

it works fine.

Hi Vijay,

Please upload the screenshot of LPD_CUST entry.

One for the standard entry "My Leave Requests".

Other one is your custom entry "Leave Request".

What is the error when you call launchpad with the semantic object-action?

The tile text is not "My Leave Requests". So I guess you use custom tile and custom LPD_CUST entry. Please test with the standard tile delivered by SAP.

Dear Masa,

The application is opening perfectly once I assign STD. Role.SAP_HCM_BCR_EMPLOYEE_X1

Earlier I have assigned only custom role which I have created for custom Cataloge & group with the help of below link.

My requirement and approach

We are going to use the only Leave Request application for Employee. So for that I had to create a custom Catalogue & Group with standard Create Leave Request application. and Created a custom role to assign the created Catalogue & Group  ( to display only Leave Request application.

Hi Masa,

Let me clear up...!!

1. Create Leave request "index.html is not found" is still exist.

Transport issue is fixed. I have just mentioned the activities i have done post the "index.html is not found" resolved.

Post to the above transport the working leave request application was throwing the same error again.

Please tell me how go about this issue with ""index.html is not found"" in create leave request app.

Dear Masa,

Yes the note no is correct, Yes its fix given for SP8 (0001996302 Fiori Launchpad Designer - Functional corrections of SP08) but the weird thing is that its not working now.I just transport a Transport request with new catalogue & group for launchpad.

It is confusing. Several issues are mixed up among "index.html is not found" , "launchpad Designer patch", "SP08 note even in SP09" and "transport". Could you clarify each original issue and the solution?
