License key error: Invalid key

Dear SAP team,

I am facing error on updating of license key in Business objective dashboards. Please help me for this issue.

Installation number: 0020752444

SAP Business Objects version: 4.1

Patch level: 2

Support package: 14.1.2.1195

Dashboard tool version also same.

Temporary key also not working please help me for this issue.

You are trying to apply the key at wrong place. Dashboards is a client tool. You have to apply the license in your local system, NOT in CMC.

To change the license key of Dashboards installation, launch Dashboards in your PC, then navigate to Help > Enter Keycode.

Now i am getting one more problem, can you please help me.

When i am try to open infoprovider query in the dashboards, i am getting this error.

Please close the thread if your original problem is solved. For any new issue, please open a new discussion.

*Please check if your license supports SAP Netweaver BW connection or not. If you re using key for enterprise edition, then it might be an installation issue. Try uninstalling and a fresh install.

Hi Veera,

Following is the temporary license key for SAP Dashboards 4.1

<key code>

During the installation of  SAP Dashboards, it will ask for product key. You need to insert the above product key in it.

Let me know if this works.
