Issue with Fixed Deposits Corresponcence

Hi All,

Kindly suggest me solution for the below issue:

I have created a FIXED DEPOSIT Transaction Successfully.then i have settled it successfully.

When I go to do the CORRESPONDENCE MONITOR it says as below:

No correspondence objects exist for the selection criteria

Message no. FTR_GENERAL006

Kindly let me know if i miss to do any thing here.

But i have maintained correspondence activity for money market (Correspondence activity maintained mentioned below)

Company Code    - ABC1

Prod. Category  - 510 Fixed-term deposit

Product Type    - 51A Fixed-term deposit

Transactn Type  - 100 Investment

Activity Cat.   - 20 Contract Settlement

Recpt/Send Type - COUNTERPARTY    Counterparty

CorrespondClass - DEAL_MM         Deal: Money Market

Hi Mohan,

Corresponding Object contains administrative data and customizing data to create correspondence.

Please check whether you assigned BP group and Profile to Business Partner in Transaction - FTR_EXT_ASSIGN.

I get the same issues even after implementing your suggestion.

If possible, could you please get me details & sequence of correspondence so that I'll cross check whether we have missed anthing here.

because recently only we have completed our rollout and we are facing many issues related to correspondence

Hi,

When i tried to do the correspondence i got the same error, please check below some config that i did to make this work.

Check t-code and assign the profile bp groups to receipents FTR_EXT_ASSIGN.

> Define Correspondence Activities - Money Market

> Define Communication Profiles

> Define Correspondence Recipient Types

> Define Correspondence Classes

> Define Business Partner Group

> Assign Attributes for Business Partner Groups

Please let me know if this works.
