STO proposal through scope of planning ?

hi Gurus,

is it possible to get STO proposal through Scope of Planning.

the scenario is like this i have 2 plants and i configure scope of planning for all the 10 plants.

plant   Req quantity  exist quan    planned recp    

A        500                  200                150

B        600                  300                 500

in the above case if i run the scope of planning will system transfer the planned recp of plant B to Plant A because planned recp of plant B is more than its req quantity. is it possible through standard and what is the scope for development.

Mahesh,

Scope of planning by itself will not transfer requirements from one plant to another.

The normal way to transfer requirements from one plant to another via STO is to add a special procurement type to the material master; similar to standard SPT 40.  OMD9.
