Learning SAP PO Administration

I am planning to start working on SAP Netweaver PO administration. Can you provide what are the major Steps that I have to follow. Please note that I am coming from a SAP PO/ SOA development Background with a high level background on Linux/ Unix

I am not actually looking for training for the time being. I am just looking for insights from the community experts to see what best roadmap I have to follow so that I can start working on SAP PO administration.
