Error on Accessing RFx in Portal

Hi All,

We are on SRM 7.0 EHP 3 and NW Portal 7.4 SP 6.

We are facing issues in accessing the RFx Number and RFx Response Number in Portal while the same is accessible through NWBC.

Please find below the screenshots for the same and let me know what could be the issue.

Clicking on the Even number is giving the below error

Clicking on the existing RFx response number

The same functionality is working fine when accessed through NWBC.

Can someone please let me know what could be the issue behind this behavior.

The following KBA may be of help in relation to the second error. The title is related to something different, but the cause of the error is related to an NWBC:

1762735 - Login link is not working for offline emails

Hi Conor,

Thanks for the reply but the note is about accessing the NWBC login link through Email directly.

When the bidder tries to access the same RFx No through NWBC, the user is able to access without any issues.

But In our case, the issue occurs when the bidder is accessing the RFx Number and RFx Response through Portal.
