user getting multiple labels in one copy instead of one label.
The detail is unexpectedly prints several labels. The amount is variable, may be 10 or 20 such tags.
any solution for the above issue?
Hey Mate,
Try this - Goto to that output device..
>> Navigate to the tab - Output Attributes
>> Tick on "Process requests sequentially"
>> Check if the option "Only Pass one copy to host Spool system" is selected if yes or no
>> Select "Pass Copies as a Seperate OutputRequest(in SAP System)"
Save
Just asking is this for only one printer or all label printers?

What is the printer ? Device type ? Method used ?
Are you getting this from a custom program ?

Hi
You can use the SAP Sprint method for Zebra printers and also refer the SAP note for device type
