Hi Experts ,

Please explain the full steps for a complete cycle in SAP APO SNP . And please provide the links for SAP Best Practices and Rapid Deployement solutions package for APO SNP.

MHi Subhrant.:

There is no short answer for you question. It is a bit general and open question. The response alse depend on if you want to have SNP Heursitics, Optimizers., CTM, etc.. I will answer considering SNP Heuristics.

This is the common steps that I used in come clients:

Forecast: 

• Run LC consistency check in SNP Planning Area ( report  /SAPAPO/TS_LCM_CONS_CHECK)
• om DDelete forecast from the past /sapapo/md74 or /sapapo/rlcdel
• Release forecast from DP to SNP /sapapo/mc90

SNP:

• Run SNP heuristics /sapapo/snp01

PPDS and Scheduling:

• Gerenate the production plan running the PPDS at the Manufacturing plants: /SAPAPO/CDPSB0
• Level the planned production orders (scheduling) with the planning board: /SAPAPO/CDPS0

Deployment:

• Run Deployment heuristics /sapapo/snp02

Append:

• if it is not online publish with /sapapo/c5
