hi...

I have to load data for Inventory Management(0IC_C03). I have performed all steps in ECC and Bi side . Now  here flow is given below.

Now some field from Data source to infosource are not mapped for all DS to IS(BX, BF, UM) and also from infosource to cube, are not mapped.

1. Do i need to map it manually?

2. Do i need to add all InfoObject into dimensions for corresponding fields of all DataSources (BX, BF, UM)?

Guys pls help me out.

Pls explain in detail for this transformation.

i have read SCN threads but its not more clear, pls help me

E.g: Document date is there in all 3 datasources, so from which datasource it should be mapped to cube?

Thanks

Hi,

In general system will propose some similar info objects when its been used in info source.

Like if your data source have 0MATNR and info source source have 0MATERIAL then system will automatically do the mapping.

If there is no such similar fields/info objects then we need to map them by manually.

If you familiar with all source fields then you can map them. other wise take functional help and map them.

Use BW table - RSOSFIELDMAP to find related info object or related field.

By using above table help you can do mapping.

About date you can check with your functional team.

Hi...Raman

i have done according to ur response, but when i am activating transformation(InfoSourceBF-->>0IC_C03) i am getting errors.

Also i have mapped all fields(DataSourceBF->>InfoSourceBF) correctly.

So, Why i m getting such errors?

for your detail information ....there are 6 rule group in transformation(InfoSourceBF-->>0IC_C03)....i have mapped all in standard rule group.

Is it correct?

If not then pls explain me in detail..how i should do this?

Pls help me.

Hi,

Are you using 3.x?

If you mapped all  objects properly then why above errors are coming.Still you missed some info objects mapping.

From error screen shot note down  the metioned info objects and do the mapping from releavnt source field.

laster save and activate it.

Thanks

Hi...

also i have checked start routine, there is no error.

recheck about mapping to 0DLV_COSTS.

about routine, there is syntax check, please check yoru code.

Try to save and check(CTRL+F2) it, while checking it may shows error and line or row number also.

syntax check means you might be missed to put .(fullstop) or ,(comma) or some thing etc.

yes i have rechecked about mapping to 0DLV_COSTS and also for syntax check.

0DLV_COSTS infoobject is mapped correctly and

start routine show  "No syntax errors found".

Hi..

Raman,

Now issue has been resolved.

0DLV_COSTS was mapped in standard rule group as well as in rule group6.

i removed it from rule group rule group 6.

and checked it, its show no error.

so please let me know that whatever i did above, is it correct or not?

Thanks

its looks correct. Just try to load small amount of data(from source) and see the result.

That gives the clear idea about your work.
