Incorrect SLA profile picking in the transaction
Need very urgent help…. we are implementing incident management. As business requirement I have maintained two types of transactions – one for SAP incidents and another for Non-SAP incidents. I have configured two different SLA profiles for two transactions (SAP / Non-SAP) but when I create SAP Incident, it is taking NON-SAP SLA profile & Response profile.
I have created two different service materials (INVESTIGATION & INVEST_SAP) for both transactions but always taking INVESTIGATION. Could anyone help me it’s very urgent …. .
