ESS-Attendance Regularization

Hello Gurus,

We have a requirement with the client where the client wants to have Positive time management integrated with Payroll. They already have ESS with Negative Time. They wanted the Attendance Regularization to be there for the employees in the ESS for the deviations (If the overall hours are lesser than 8 hrs per day) with some statuses (P-Present,R-Regularization etc..) so that they can regularize their attendances & it has to be approved by the supervisor& sit in IT2002. They don't have CATS. Please let me know whether the standard ESS can acheive all this or any customizations are required. Till where the standard system can achieve in this & till where the customizations are required.

If required, where all the customizations (Objects) are required for the same. Please suggest & the accurate answers will be appreciated & awarded.

If you are looking for attendance, You need CATS then to record daily attendances, Deviations can be handled via leave request and cats also. is it required to record attendances? Probably yes since you are going towards positive time management! So you would need CATS

that should be possible. You can request attendances via Leave request (what's in a name) and they can be approved if customized so.

Transaction PTARQ holds all the steps to setup leave request (customizing/reports/test programs...)
