Problems in Publishing Catalog in CCM

Hii Gurus,

I made some changes to existing procurement catalog and published the catalog but the items are not getting updated after publishing.

The same problem exist for new catalog too i created a new supplier catalog and then mapped to master catalog and then to procurement catalog and then I published the procurement catalog but not able to see the items ater publishing.

Plz help me with your suggestions.I will award you points for sure.The log says like this:

Hi Pradeep,

First try to check wether your TREX is running well or not with with the program /CCM/CHECK_TREX and see this SNOTE 866547.

If there is no any problem then go to Transaction st22 check what type of runtime error you are getting.

I would like to know which version of CCM are you doing and with which SRM level and basis.

This error i have encountered earlier but i dont know what i have done, i will inform you as soon as i got right information.

Hi Experts.

I am getting the same issue in our Quality landscape. our development landscape is perfectly good.

i wounder why i am getting the above mentioned short dump in Quality. i checked the configuration of the system, it remains the same.

the only difference is when we generated our master catalog in our DEV we had SP7 after generating master catalog we applied SP8.

in Quality system, we directly went to SP8 then after system upgrade, we were trying to do the master catalog. we are getting the issue.

Your input would be a great help for me.

I see that this Thread has been answered but I do not see the answer.

I am also having exactly the same problem as you whereby the Publishing is failing after 60 attempts of locking.

Would really appreciate if you could tell me how you resolved the problem...

Does your catalog is locked ? Open a new thread with your error description. This is a resolved thread.
