Access Request Email

Hello Everyone,

I am configuring the EAM system in GRC 10.0. I have followed all the steps in the Post Implementation guide, and the email system is working, but the Access Requests won't go through when submitted on the NWBC. All users emails are in the system, and I have checked under SU01, and they can email to each other and external addresses, but the ARs will not send to the approver. Please let me know if you have any insight or additional information.

Hi Buck,

When you press "submit" what error do you get? you may wish to check the following stuff.

  • If number ranges have been set up
  • if your MSMP workflow has been activated
  • Correct agents set up in the stages

if if a request is getting submitted, theN check the audit logs in the front end or check the application logs in the back end via SLG1.

No error is displayed, it says the access request has been submitted and is number 7...8...9 etc in the que

Hi Raymond,

While filling up the user request form, are you sure about the manager field entry, is that valid..? If not, then the request will go to the escape/WF-admin.

Are you filling up the manager entry manually or from the data source inputs..?

Kindly paste SLG1 screen shtos or audit log for this particular access request.
