Delete/Cancel and Return Delivery is not active

Hi,

  Client is using SRM 7.0. When a user wants to delete/cancel or do return delivery for a confirmation already posted. Both the options are greyed out in portal. I have checked with portal team and they confirmed that the options are active from their side. Also, i have checked with security team for any access issue but there is no such issue with them. Then why still the buttons are greyed out. Can you please provide your insight on this.

Hi Prasath,

Can you please check the couple of below suggestions and advise

1.) Check whether this program is running in your system - CLEAN_REQREQ_UP & BBP_GET_STATUS_2

2.) If it is running, please check whether the confirmation status is "Posted in the backend"

3.) If the confirmation status is "Posted in the backend", Please assign the SAP_ALL profile to the user and try to do the Return Delivery.

4.) If you are able to do the Return Delivery after assigning the profile, then there is a concern with the authorization object.

The Authorization object is BBP_PD_CNF (SRM: Confirmation in EBP) and the field name is ACTVT. Please check this link for your reference.

Hi Prasanth,

Currently the status of confirmation is Posted in Backend or Approved..? You will get the delete or Return delivery options only when status of confirmation is Posted in backend..

please, check if created goods receive successfully replicated to the backend
