Warehouse Order Creation for severals inbound deliveries

Hello EWM experts,

EWM generates in the standard for each delivery a warehouse order.

In my case, we package delivery across an HU and get to the goods receipt posting for each item the product warehouse tasks. These are now  split into severals warehouse order.

Initial tests resulted no success: EWM always uses the Default rule.

What are the necessary rules/ filters in the customizing for one warehouse order for severals inbound deliveries?

Hello Sathish,

i found the necessary rules/ filter in the customizing for one warehouse order for severals inbound deliveries. These are the relevant settings:

SPRO> EWM> Cross-Process Settings> Warehouse Order>

-Define Sort Rules for Warehouse Tasks: SortFields= NLTYP and AAREA

-Define Filters for Warehouse Order Creation Rule: Filter Type= Warehouse Task; Filter Type= Filter at Item Level; unmark only 'No Putaway'

-Define Limit Values for the Size of  Warehouse Order: Limit Val. Type= Warehouse Task; Max. WTs per HU=1

-Define  Creation Rules for Warehouse Orders: Create WOCR with Creat.Cat 'B Pick Path' with the previously created Rules, Filters and Limits

-Define Search Sequence of Creation Rules for Activity Areas: assignement of WOCR to the relevant activity Areas.

If now a HU in goods receipt is delivery across packed (item from severals inbound deliveries) and then has to deconsolidate, it is created for the  HU one warehouse order with one warehouse task.
